On technical and contractual matters McLellan has arbitrated between major international companies. The most recent case was between a Power Supply Company and a renowned supplier of generating equipment. The case hinged around whether the equipment had met its guaranteed performance figures and how the contract was interpreted. Many hundreds of thousands of dollars were at stake
